Ashley was born in London in England on December 6th, 1981. Ashley Madekwe (born 6 December 1981) is an actress from England. The father of her is Nigerian and Swiss as well as her mother is English. She was raised on a south London council estate, and went to The Brit School at age fourteen. In London she attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting certificate was awarded. She has performed as a character in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path written directed by David Watson.
Madekwe officially made her US debut with The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show aired just two episodes on The CW, and was eventually cancelled. Ashley Davenport, a character on ABC's Revenge drama series, was chosen for her role as Ashley Davenport. In late May 2013, it was announced that Madekwe, who had been a series regular in the previous two seasons had decided to quit the show following a guest appearance in the premiere episode of the season's new season. She starred as Tituba in the television series Salem from 2014 until 2016.
Madekwe, her partner of many years, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. They've collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl and he also had an appearance with her in the show Salem.

Ashley Mae Sebera, better called Dana Brooke, her stage name in World Wrestling Entertainment, was born in Seven Hills on 29 November 1988. Sebera earned a Bachelor's Degree of Fashion Design, Marketing and Merchandising at Kent State University in 2011, and also a Minor in Business Administration. Sebera was a participant in many diverse sports, such as diving until she decided to return to gymnastics. Sebera had to give up gymnastics at the age of 18 because of serious ankle injuries. Sebera began to train as a fitness and bodybuilder competitor. Sebera began her career in 2012 after winning National Physique Committee competitions between the years 2010 and 2011. She also competed for her first competition, the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness. Sebera signed on to an WWE contract in 2013. She made her WWE debut in the role of Dana Brooke. She trained for three years and appeared in WWE NXT shows prior to making her debut on the WWE main roster, Monday Night RAW 2016, in which she appeared as Dana Brooke. Sebera is still active in her bodybuilding program outside of professional wrestling. She returned to this year's Arnold's Classic in the fitness category.
