The tournament was won by her also on the 22nd of June, 1985. Mohr who had won the competition, then went on to compete for Georgia as Miss America 1986 in Atlantic City in New Jersey in September of 1985. While she was crowned Miss America 1986 however, she did not get into the top 10 of national contestants.
